St Patrick's day parade.  Please note that Laurier Avenue between Ottawa City Hall and Bank Street will be closed from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and Bank Street between Laurier Avenue and Lansdowne Park will be closed from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
