Planning Committee: GCA Comments on the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan
Carolyn Mackenzie gave a presentation that summarized the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan. The presentation outlined: key policy concepts in the Plan; potential impacts for the Glebe; and proposed elements to be included in the GCA’s response to the City. Carolyn’s presentation was followed by a discussion of the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan and the proposed GCA response.
June Creelman moved to have Carolyn Mackenzie incorporate the feedback she heard at the meeting with the points put forward in her presentation to finalize and submit the GCA’s response to the City of Ottawa. This was seconded by Bob Brocklebank. All GCA committee members present voted to approve the motion, none opposed.
