In early 2024, residents of the Glebe including the Dow’s Lake neighbourhood and the Glebe Annex were surveyed in order to gather their views and ideas on potential solutions to Bronson traffic safety issues. The survey was conducted by the Bronson Team. The team consists of representatives from the Glebe Annex Community Association (GACA), the Dow’s Lake Residents Association (DLRA) and the Glebe Community Association (GCA). The goal of the survey was to estimate the level of support by residents of the neighbourhoods served by these community associations for changes which the City could implement immediately and that would probably improve the safety of Bronson between the Canal and the Queensway. The Bronson Team will use this information during discussions with Shawn Menard, our city councillor, his staff, and City staff. The results of the survey, can be found here.
